As A Representative for my son, family and all the Constituents through out
the state of Florida. Bobby's World is speak out for the
People with disabilities. After almost 10 years of being a
Representative for my son who is on the APD System I have watched and and fought for those who have been silenced.
I will stand in the place of those constituents to keep from sending a back lash of attacks on the families who fear of loosing
the waiver. I will stand in the Gap and help lift their voice. We have seen the disaster and flaws
APD has made and covered up and we wont be silenced any more. APD does not need to add another money
hogging tool. Place those funds to good use. Place them towards
the waiting list. These people have been diligently waiting for years. APD need to fix and perfect
what they have. Jumping ship now forces Administration and Participants to jump ship aswell
and new policies and regulations will be forced upon them.All
the participants who have struggled for years with the first, and the continuous changing system will once again
be tossed into a shell shock and be blamed for the administrations actions . We the People Say " Enough is Enough".. By the way no one ever ask the Participants what
they wanted. And when they gave, their opinion; APD heard but did not listening . Because you final choice was not the people's it was APD's |

| There is going to be a change that will not include your accurate medical health,
saftey,quality of life or disability. Decisions are based on History of others and Math placed
on survey that can easily be made up or not collect all information needed to represent you as an individual. APD does
not care about safety, health or quality of life because this tool in no way represent the individuals need. Please
look below and answer these questions. |

APD did not care enough to consider the long wait you have Already endured. APD's actions to place into Law removes the waiting LIST by placing this into LAW.
Because at this rate you will always be waiting. |
Do you really think after fulfilling in the end there will be funding left after the
Agencies recieved it ? |

- Stripping the right of the People by taking their right to stand befor a judge in Due Process Hearings
Giving Agencies all the Power to Deny
or Grant services by their own policies , regulations will be interpreted in the agencies favor they all have the same goals
and standards. THat is to look good before their supiriors A case one benefits them and states
they made the right decision with out truly being Challenged.

We as people with Disabilities are already tossed into APD
continuose changing Policies and Regulations which confuse not only the Participants but the Cordinators. |
It is
a LOSE/ LOSE waiting to happen for the people with disabilities. |

| IN the last Govermnental Administrative hearing just before Jeb Bush Left .. |
We stood before a DCF Judge Hearing and Lost. Why ? Because they misinterpreted and gave the wrong information on documentation.
They asked .Why did I have to help my son if he could get up himself? My
son has never walked or crawled |
| We fought hard to keep hearing in the Courts to balance our chances at the time it was made known
in the adminitrative governor hearings that about 75% of the cases where loosing in the Agencies hands. |

| Agencies Tend to back one another and it is So Unfair for the People with Disabilities. |

In Representing my son--> I have experienced
and endured much heartache. I have had to think about and wonder how to dfend my son's services while being in the hospital
during near death issues he endured. |
On top of the every day challanges .Due to Due Process
hearing because medical information was misinterpreted . HOw
much worse is it going to get with this instrument called the iBudget. |
